1. Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer shipping across the U.S. and internationally.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

4. International Orders & Duties
For U.S. and international orders, tariffs or import duties may apply and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Unfortunately, these fees are out of our control.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at giplings.original@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your order reaches you safely. For issues with shirt orders please contact Gelato.com for help.
